Under administrative direction, uses extensive knowledge and skills in securities and investment advisory compliance obtained through education, experience, specialized training and/or certification to assist in the design, implementation and supervision of a comprehensive compliance and surveillance program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to Registered Investment Adviser, Private Client Group, Equity Capital Markets, and Fixed Income divisions of self-clearing broker-dealer. Leads large or multiple projects with significant scope and impact. Works independently, and supervises others, in performing difficult assignments that are broad in nature requiring originality and ingenuity with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems.
