Monitoring legislative, regulatory, and industry activity, analyzing its impact on company operations, and communicating legal requirements appropriately. Reviewing and submitting rate, rule and form filings for life insurance product(s) to state Departments of Insurance. Acting as the primary contact for state Departments of Insurance and other regulatory agencies to address and resolve all regulatory issues associated with life insurance products and operations.
