The Counsel, will counsel clients regarding legal issues including intellectual property, right of publicity, defamation, and privacy relating to on air and online programming, marketing materials, and branded entertainment; and handle related claims and litigations. Advise clients on wide range of issues in the broadcast and online realms, including intellectual property, right of publicity, libel and defamation. Review of scripts, programming and other related materials to identify legal issues.
