Under direction of the Division Counsel, the Senior Legal Counsel will have responsibility for providing legal support to the commercial operations and sales of the FDA- (and similar foreign regulatory agency) regulated devices and services, consistent with applicable global healthcare medical device and data privacy laws. The position will advise and consult with international stakeholders and project managers, as well as with the relevant organizational leaders, on legal, IP, healthcare, data privacy, open source, and regulatory requirements and developments. The position will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of legal matters affecting the company.
