The Senior Legal Counsel role will provide legal services and advice to our specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical services businesses, including day-to-day legal counseling and negotiating of transactions between such businesses and pharmaceutical manufacturers, other suppliers, pharmacies and wholesalers, and pharmaceutical support companies. The qualified candidate must possess an ability to develop detailed understanding of complex business operations and interdependencies in a fast paced environment. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ healthcare regulatory or transactional experience with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
