The Counsel – Patents & Technology will initially report directly to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel of company and will be based in our business operation in either Minneapolis, Minnesota or LaCrosse, Wisconsin. In this new role, you will be a key member of our IP team while centrally engaging one or more assigned business sector(s) by leading patent creation and deployment efforts, supporting asset portfolio development and functional excellence initiatives. In this role, you will manage the invention review process, develop high-value assets in alignment with portfolio management and strategy objectives, and handle intellectual property matters as assigned.
