Provide full service employment law advice and support to global organization, including, but not limited to, providing counsel to HR professionals and managers on employment related legal issues; investigating and defending claims and litigation; educating HR professionals to mitigate risk on key HR responsibilities; and advising on the creation of best in class employment related programs and policies. Provide counsel to the Company's Human Resources professionals and managers on all aspects of employment related legal issues, including, but not limited to, fair employment practices, diversity and inclusion, governmental compliance, restrictive covenants, compensation, benefits and employee mobility issues. Investigate and defend employment related administrative claims and litigation: includes conducting/supervising investigations; writing position statements/agency responses and similar documents; representing the company at mediations, fact-finding hearings, onsite government audits, etc.; and actively supervising outside counsel handling litigation.
