The VPGC has overall responsibility for the drafting, negotiation and review of all legal documents for the company’s pharmaceutical development and manufacturing business, as well as its dental products manufacturing, sales and marketing business. The VPGC is responsible for providing legal advice and counseling to all departments and the executive team as needed to support all current and future business. The VPGC leads the Legal Department which includes one Corporate Counsel and one Senior Paralegal.
