9440 General Counsel (temp), Contracts

This individual should be capable of drafting modifications to existing contracts, of negotiating contract terms and conditions, of writing exhibits to contracts, of analyzing contractor proposals for compliance with existing contract term, and similar such work. The individual should be capable of producing high quality work products with minimal guidance. This will initially be a short term position, starting immediately through approximately March 2014. There is a fair chance of extension for up to six months thereafter.
