We are currently seeking an attorney to join the team based at global headquarters in Detroit Michigan reporting to the Senior Manager – North American Customs Operations. This position includes responsibility for Customs legal analysis and advice on the development and management of the Company’s global customs operational processes such as entry operations, tariff classification, customs valuation, and origin of goods and the successful resolution of customs related controversies. The work involves a considerable amount of creativity, perception and wide latitude for independent actions including significant independent judgment.
