This is a mid- level attorney position responsible for providing legal services with principal focus on supporting one or more business groups on a broad range of commercial transactions and licensing issues. This attorney will report to a senior-level attorney in the Legal Department in our Santa Clara office. Work independently and in collaboration with senior counsel in the Legal Department to negotiate and draft a wide variety of agreements including inbound and outbound software license agreements, partner program agreements, joint development agreements, product supply agreements, sales distribution agreements, and various marketing related agreements, including joint marketing and sponsorships.
