The Vice President, Global Regulatory Compliance, is responsible for establishing and leading an effective, best practices compliance and ethics program to prevent and detect violations of law and other misconduct and to promote ethical practices. The position manages and directs organization’s Global Regulatory Compliance Department, leads the Compliance Committee Working Group, and works constructively and collaboratively with other departments to achieve compliance objectives. The Vice President, Global Regulatory Compliance provides leadership and oversight to international sites to implement and maintain compliance program at each site and ensure local compliance with similar laws.
