The Senior Counsel, will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and providing guidance, direction, and assistance on a wide variety of real estate transactional matters on behalf of company and its affiliates. Position responsibilities include negotiation of various commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and providing guidance with respect to other real estate related projects. In addition, the Senior Counsel will assist the commercial sales team with negotiation and drafting of agreements with multiple dwelling units and commercial properties for the sale and installation of company services.
