We are seeking an attorney with 6-12 years of transactional experience to be part of a team that provides transactional and general business counsel support for company. You will work directly with the business, providing day to day advice and legal guidance on business strategies and risks related to commercial transactions and general operations. This position is based at our headquarters in Redwood Shores. Negotiate third party technology and licensing agreements on behalf of such studios as required.
