The Staff Counsel is responsible for assisting the General Counsel and members of the Company Legal Department with a wide variety of legal and business matters. The incumbent will be the primary point of legal contact for commercial contracts, various marketing programs, licensing agreements, supply chain contracts, and will supervise regulatory filings and assist with litigation management. Responsible for implementing and managing a document management system, standardized procedures and drafting / revising contractual standard terms and conditions.
