In this newly created position, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will be the 2nd member of the legal team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department. You will be responsible for interfacing with both internal and external constituents and playing a key role in our growth. Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments and provide legal advice and training on a variety state and federal laws and regulations concerning motor vehicle dealership licensing and sales and consumer lending and warranty law.
