Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Vice President and General Counsel leads and manages the Office of the General Counsel which provides, or arranges for and oversees, all legal representation of the corporation and its subsidiaries (the "enterprise") as well as the provision of all legal counsel and advice necessary to facilitate and support the business interests and operations of the enterprise in all jurisdictions in which it is licensed. The Senior Vice President, General Counsel also oversees the Compliance function for the enterprise and oversees the operations of the Contract Management process, Corporate Procurement and Government Affairs functions. As a member of the senior Executive Staff, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel is responsible for acting as an advisor to the CEO on all Legal and Compliance issues.
