Company is looking for a highly skilled corporate attorney with 4 - 5 years of relevant experience to be a part of our fast-paced corporate legal department in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities will include the following: Negotiate, draft and revise a variety of corporate contracts involving licensing and intellectual property, real estate, and major and minor corporate transactions. Draft and revise various corporate governance documents (e.g., minutes, board resolutions, etc.) in compliance with applicable law and existing corporate requirements.
