As a member of the Legal Staff, this Senior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal services to the Mortgage Business in connection with mortgage litigation. The principal responsibilities of this Attorney will involve management of mortgage litigation. AREA OF SPECIALIZATION: Residential Mortgage Servicing Litigation. Manage mortgage litigation for the Mortgage Business, handling discrete matters in litigation and managing issues as they arise across the mortgage litigation docket, both directly and by supervision of Paralegals as appropriate.
