This position is an opportunity for a business-oriented attorney to join the Legal Team and work with more experienced attorneys in handling and advising on general corporate and commercial legal matters and assisting in compliance initiatives. Reporting to company’s Corporate Counsel, the Associate Corporate Counsel will be exposed to a broad range of business and legal activities in a global environment requiring a thorough understanding of company’s diverse businesses, including its products, marketing and sales activities, competitive positions, operations and new business initiatives. This position will work internally with other in-house counsel and with various levels of management, and will have external contact with law firms, vendors and suppliers.
