The position of Senior Manager – Litigation is in the Legal & Information Governance Department and reports directly to the Vice President-Litigation (“VP-L”) and the Associate General Counsel – Litigation (“AGC-L”) and is responsible for managing or assisting with management of legal and other matters as determined and requested by the VP-L and AGC-L, with a specific focus on potential or pending litigation matters and investigations (“Litigation”) relating to the company and its affiliates. The SM-L will manage or assist with management of various aspects of potential or pending litigation matters and investigations relating to the company as assigned by the VP-L and AGC-L, including coordinating and communicating with outside counsel, managing electronic and other discovery, issuance of litigation holds and coordination and organization of document collection efforts.
