The Assistant General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel and other Legal Team Members, the CEO, R&D, Marketing and the rest of the Leadership Team. The Legal Professional will assist with day to day corporate management lead by company’s General Counsel. This will include matters related to employment, corporate compliance, contract formation and negotiation, review of marketing collateral, drafting and execution of various B2B agreements, legal strategy, and other tasks as needed by the legal department.
