The Corporate Counsel assists the Associate General Counsel in supporting day-to-day corporate and securities matters as well as supporting M&A matters. The successful candidate is able to anticipate and deliver on the needs of our innovative business, has the flexibility to simultaneously manage a wide range of projects and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Provides expertise under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, including filings on Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, and the Securities Act of 1933. Serves as a primary legal resource for the business on such matters.
