Provides support to company on a variety of legal matters. Participates in the development of the organization's vision, policies and short/long-term objectives. Manages legal affairs, including litigation management and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Provides legal advice and services in decisions affecting company and recommends strategy, effective and efficient solutions; and Serves as liaison for legal affairs between executive leadership, management, outside counsel and governmental/regulatory agencies.
