The Associate Counsel will handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with particular emphasis on development of the company's strategic growth equity investment platform and related deal structuring and execution. The Associate Counsel will also advise on corporate finance matters for the league and teams, team acquisitions, and arena-related transactions. The role requires expertise in the management and execution of complex financial and corporate transactions and documents, working knowledge of tax and accounting principles, coordination with and direction of outside counsel, and extensive dealings with internal and external client groups, including team owners and other personnel.
