The Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to company's business. He or she will be responsible for working closely with the Company’s General Counsel in all legal efforts. The successful candidate will perform a wide breadth of legal functions and serve as the General Counsel’s primary resource. Other operations-related legal issues (including, but not limited to, commercial contracts, SEC filings, EEOC matters, employment issues, code compliance, and other regulatory issues) may also be a part of the position as necessary. The Corporate Counsel must have a minimum of five (5) years working with complex, high exposure commercial and employment issues in a corporate or law firm setting.
