The Corporate Counsel will support the legal department and Company business units on a wide variety of commercial transactions and contracts, intellectual property matters, and legal compliance matters. The Corporate Counsel will have primary responsibility for the Company’s commercial leasing, including responsibility for supporting the commercial leasing activities of the Company’s retail division. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and drafting skills, the desire to become familiar with all aspects of the Company’s business, and the ability to comfortably interact with Company employees at all levels, as well as outside vendors and other Company partners or constituents.
