Each AGC serves as a functional head for a primary functional responsibility within the Legal Department, and in keeping with the Legal Department’s matrix responsibility assignment protocol, also backstops and works in all areas of the Department on an as-needed and career path development basis. This position will be primarily responsible for corporate governance of a company governed according to public standards, regulatory, possible future SEC and stock exchange reporting, and other compliance, and M&A activity support.
