Serving as counsel to business leaders in GNP on all aspects of commercial agreements and business relationships, including negotiating, drafting, and ensuring execution of complex issuing agreements and working in close collaboration with regional colleagues in the Canada GCO. Providing counseling and support to the GNP NA business and other members of the Global GNP senior management team, including on strategic matters, business negotiations and commercial contracts, products and value added servicing constructs, regulatory and legal risks and issues.
