As a key member of the senior leadership team and the Company’s principal legal executive, the General Counsel will serve as a trusted legal and business advisor to the company and provide overall legal support and guidance to the organization on all legal matters that can impact the viability, profitability, or security of the business. This position is responsible for managing legal aspects of the business by providing legal advice in support of Company initiatives, employment relations, contracts, intellectual property enforcement litigation, etc. as well as working closely with all business partners to ensure the business is managed with strong ethical and legal standards. This includes both meaningful participation in matters from outset to conclusion and supervising the work of outside counsel and the internal legal staff.
