As part of company’s Compliance function within the Legal Department, this role will partner with key personnel from Product Development, HR, IT, and Marketing to develop and oversee the implementation and maintenance of a world-wide privacy program. The Global Privacy Counsel will take the lead in helping to design and implement enhancements to the company’s global compliance program on privacy-related matters, including data protection and data security, and will be responsible for supporting, initiating and driving efforts to provide best-in-class privacy and data protection-focused legal advice across the company to help ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws. In meeting the needs of our sophisticated and rapidly-evolving product offerings, this person will need to be creative and practical as well as adept at handling large and small-scale projects.
