Provide crucial guidance and support for company by utilizing your labor law expertise to develop and drive the company’s proactive and reactive labor relations strategies. Use your knowledge and experience with organizing trends, changing NLRB case law, and labor law developments at the federal appeals court level in order to assist and direct our business, and interpret the laws that govern company’s stores, Distribution Centers and corporate locations. Identify external trends in labor law and work with management on solutions and strategies to protect the organization.
