The attorney in this role will provide legal and regulatory guidance to various group business units, and work with other attorneys in the department on analysis of new business initiatives and new regulatory requirements. The attorney will play a lead role in managing the regulatory aspects of market-maker programs and other initiatives supporting growth in liquidity in key product areas. The attorney will develop expertise concerning exchange rule-filing requirements with multiple regulatory agencies, and share responsibility for managing rulebook-related initiatives and compliance requirements.
