This position will offer an opportunity to manage cases in partnership with outside law firms. We will consider candidates for our offices in San Jose, California, Utah, or Arizona. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced litigator to join our legal department. Responsibilities for this position will include developing case strategies with an eye toward resolving cases early and cost-effectively, including partnering with outside counsel, legal research, managing document collection and review, conducting witness interviews, editing and revising briefs, written and oral advocacy.
