Responsible for providing practical, timely and high quality legal services in the litigation area, including analyzing and resolving complex legal matters (e.g., employment, product liability, commercial, antitrust and competition) on a timely basis, proactively identifying potential risk areas, developing best practice processes and recommending creative and strategic options and courses of action in a manner that fosters the Company's business interests, advances the Company's goals and minimizes risks. Assists in development and analysis of litigation and other legal strategies in line with business needs and to minimize legal risks to the Company. Assesses risks and advises clients as needed.
