Working closely with the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, the Contracts Manager will support the review, negotiation, interpretation and management of commercial agreements for an assigned business unit of the company. This position requires a thorough understanding of contract negotiation and overall risk assessment. The Contracts Manager will be heavily involved in negotiations on terms and conditions and other issues related to contract management and must be able to deal with complex risk models while minimizing and agreeing to acceptable risk profiles.
