Responsibilities will include managing personal injury and complex litigation from outset to conclusion, including investigation, drafting and editing, court appearances, and supervision of and participation with outside counsel. The applicant must have a minimum of 5-7 years comprehensive experience in handling complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts with a concentration in defending product liability and other personal injury matters. Must be team oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a solution oriented approach to legal issues.
