Responsibilities will include supporting both new and mature technology-driven business offerings in regulated retail industries, counseling product development teams on a wide range of commercial matters, working with other members of the legal department and all levels of the business to ensure that regulatory requirements and risks are broadly understood and managed, and structuring, drafting and negotiating related strategic agreements.
