Review, draft and negotiate contractual documents to optimize the company’s commercial position and ensure adherence to company policy, including equipment sales agreements, terms and conditions of sale and other agreements. Identify risks and issues in contract terms and suggest alternatives that lead to closure of the negotiation on a reasonable basis. Advise sales, finance and business unit teams of contractual rights and obligations. Revise company contract templates and policies as required.
