Company is seeking a bright, energetic, business-minded and self-motivated attorney with 7-9 years of proven labor and employment law experience gained at a leading national law firm and in-house (ideally at a large manufacturing or CPG company) to join its growing Legal team; litigation and multinational experience a strong plus. In this position, the successful candidate will interface with members of the company’s executive, operations and HR teams, at headquarters and the company’s fulfillment centers throughout the country (including in California), to manage and execute on a broad range of employment practices initiatives in the areas of recruiting, hiring, benefits, compensation, performance, discipline and separations, internal investigations, leaves of absence, employee relations, discrimination, harassment, workplace privacy, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenant compliance, contingent worker matters, regulatory compliance and employment matters risk management, among others. This position reports directly to the General Counsel and Secretary and is based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Soho.
