Drafts and responds to complaints and handles a variety of disputes and litigation matters from beginning to end, including early identification and resolution of potential disputes. Collaborates with General Counsel and senior leadership to develop litigation options and strategies on large litigation and complex legal issues with significant financial and business impact. Handles all aspects of discovery, including management of eDiscovery, implementing litigation holds, interacting with internal document retention systems and teams and working with external document management providers.
