The General Counsel will lead a well-established 6-person team responsible for all legal, contractual, regulatory and compliance matters, as well as procurement and facilities. The General Counsel will assist the VP of Finance in establishing and driving cross-functional and strategic initiatives within the company. You will supervise outside legal counsel in connection with IP management, employment matters, special projects, corporate transactions and litigation. You will oversee the Legal Team responsible for the day-to-day commercial contracts and processes foundational for a global cybersecurity solutions company.
