The Contract Administrator is predominantly engaged in ensuring the Legal Department’s contracting processes, policies, and systems are followed through the enterprise. The administrator works with the Legal team, IT team, and other teams to successfully manage the life-cycle of contract requests and storage. The administrator supervises the Legal Service Management application including problem-solving with IT partners, ensuring proper documentation, and conducting user training. Manage contract workflow in conjunction with Company’s contract policy.
