Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate and Compliance, the Corporate Counsel - Corporate Securities and M&A will have 5 to 10 years of experience handling securities, corporate governance, M&A, investments and general corporate matters. The successful attorney is a self-starter who possesses a strong ability to build and drive successful cross-functional relationships. S/he is dependable, ethical and works with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish credibility with Company representatives are a must.
