The ideal candidate will work on a wide variety of corporate and employment matters and, based on company need, candidate aptitude and desire to be exposed to a variety of in-house legal work, potentially commercial matters as well. Corporate matters will include supporting the securities law compliance and periodic SEC reporting of the Company, working as a key team member on M&A activities, investor relations and marketing support, and maintenance of international subsidiaries. Employment matters will include being company’s primary in-house employment law attorney.
