Company is looking for an experienced junior attorney with a solid foundation in the basics of contract drafting and negotiation to assist with general corporate law matters. He/she will be responsible for (i) drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, customer agreements and NDAs; (ii) providing day-to-day advice and counsel on a broad range of corporate matters across business units; (iii) communications review; and (iv) assorted ad-hoc requests from senior attorneys. The successful candidate will quickly learn the roles and responsibilities of in-house corporate counsel, the fundamentals of the financial services industry, and the fundamentals of securities law and related areas of law pertaining to public companies and the financial services industry.
