We are currently hiring for Senior Legal Counsel - this role will provide legal advice and support and primary direction and guidance for company and its subsidiaries and affiliates on all Human Resources (HR) related legal issues and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s global compliance program. Reports to the Assistant General Counsel and partners with HR personnel to provide legal advice on day to day employment matters, HR compliance issues as well as employment programs, policies, communications and training. Oversees and manages the Company’s employment, labor and benefits outside counsel, and partners with outside counsel to defend the Company on employment litigation and charges.
