In this position, the successful candidate will provide legal counsel to investment business units on negotiation of fund documentation, alternative asset transactions and other business initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in private equity transactions, including both purchases and sales of interests in limited partnerships and direct equity investments. Experience in private debt finance, infrastructure transactions, real estate and/or workouts and restructurings, enhances any candidacy.
