Deputy Counsel – As the Deputy Counsel, you will serve as the #2 lawyer in the Company, reporting to the International Counsel. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage and coordinate corporate legal issues across all areas of the Company. You will need to be a seasoned lawyer who is comfortable providing competent, practical and timely legal advice in a manner that is responsive to the needs of the Company. You will need to be able to identify potential risks – legal, financial and reputational – and help provide advice to weigh those risks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures and strategies to protect and defend corporate interests.
