The successful candidate will work closely with other Legal team members and our Sales team, and will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial contract process, including drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating Enterprise-level, cloud based software licenses, specifically for Fortune 1000 clients and prospects. Additional responsibilities include an internal review of existing legacy contracts and ensuring legal and policy compliance prior to customer account activation. The ideal candidate is an individual with excellent communication and teambuilding skills, business judgment, and the ability to determine contractual legal exposure.
